I haven’t received an order confirmation email, what should I do?
This means that your sale has not gone through, one possible reason for this is that someone bought it moments before you. This does happen from time to time like during our popular postcard exhibition. You may try again by returning to the original page with your chosen artwork on it and seeing if the piece is still available. If you are unsure, please contact us via email and we can confirm whether the sale has gone through for you.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Just contact us for a tailored shipping quote and we will happily send to you, wherever you are.
Does shipping charge include customs charges?
No. The shipping does not include customs charges / import duties. You would need to contact relevant departments to find out if there are import duties / customs charges to be paid.
What are your delivery times?
Standard UK delivery is 3-5 working days. Orders made on a weekend will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday.
You can of course choose to collect your purchased work from the gallery for free if you would prefer to.
Some artworks are sent direct from the artists’ studio which can add on an extra day or two to delivery times.
Who do you use for delivery?
Deliveries are made by selected couriers such as UPS, ParcelForce, Royal Mail, EVRi, DPD, DHL.
When artwork is posted from the gallery you will receive a tracking or reference number for your delivery.
Once delivery has been organised, it can only be changed by you getting in touch with the courier using your tracking number.
I need someone to install / hang my artwork, is this something you can help with?
We also offer white glove services and specialist couriers and hanging services. If this is something that you require. Please contact us once your order has been placed.
Am I able to return my order?
If you have purchased a painting on the website that you have not seen in person at the gallery or during exhibition, then you may return the painting to us, and assuming there is no damage, you will get a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling costs. Shipping is a direct cost, and is non refundable. All paintings will be checked on receipt for signs of damage.
We must be notified of your wish to return the painting or ceramic within 7 days or receipt.
